A great craft overall and this one is perfect for the littler ones . Both my girls (7yo and 3.5yo) LOVE The Orb Factory's sticky mosaics. However, some of the sets are just too complex for the 3.5yo. The colors are much closer (just variations in shades, for example) and they are keyed to a number chart (think: paint by numbers), as well as being much smaller. The "My First" line is more basic, brighter colors, larger foam stickers, and the colors/shapes are printed onto the heavy cardboard pieces (for example, instead of a tiny square with a number inside it to coincide with the key, it will itself be an orange square - designating that as a place to use one of the square orange foam stickers). The stickers stick well enough - not sure how well they'll hold up over time, but they aren't falling off by any means (nor are they so sticky that they cannot be slightly repositioned if need be). They're also easy enough to peel off that the 3.5yo can do it by herself. My younger daughter is thrilled to have her own sticky mosaics to do along side her big sister (while she's doing the more complicated flower mirror or jewelry box). It also keeps they quite focused and entertained for a good bit, which allows me to get other things done too (what's not to like about that?)!

Great for preschoolers . My 3 1/2 year old daughter LOVES the mosaics! She will happily and diligently work on a picture until it is complete, then reach for another one to start. The stickers are durable and do not tear, and the completed product is a sweet picture. She is completely independent, which is so important at this age, and so proud when each picture is complete. The mosaics are also great practice for hand-eye coordination.

my just-turned-5-year-old loves it. . got this for my five-year-old for her birthday. she is able to complete the projects independently, which makes her happy. each one takes her about 30-40 minutes. it's a nice quality set in comparison to some craft sets which are pretty junky.

Hours of fun! . I bought this for my three year old daughter for Christmas. She has spent hours working on her pictures and it is a fun way to spend time with both of my daughters (ages 3 and 4) doing a craft together that is not hard to clean up. She has completed one of these and has been working diligently on the next one. They are cute and has one hanging in her room. Great indoor activity while it is so cold outside.
Sticky Mosaic- Pretty Things . I purchased this for my 3yo daughter this past x-mas. She and her friend love working on these things. The colors are bright and the concept is easy enough for her to understand. It seems to be good for her color and shape recognitions as well as hand-eye cordination. When she is done she has a pretty piece of art that she is proud to display. I believe the kit contains something to help hang the art as well. Overall great little craft project for young ones that doesn't break the bank or make a big mess.
4 year old really liked it! . I would definitely reccomend this product. Kept my 4 year old busy for a few hours! I also have a 2 year old (pushing three) that likes it as well.
Great Activity for 4 - 5 year olds . This was a great purchase. My 4 year old daughter loves crafts. Most of the time she needs my help but with this one she can sit alone for up to an hour working on her project and she's so proud of herself when she's done. Great for rainy cold days. This Christmas I did a lot of research and tried to find things my kids (2 & 4) could play with or work on by themselves. This item is perfect. I think there are 5 or so mosaic boards in the pack. I think I will be purchasing more of these in the future. Would also make a nice gift.
Keep my kids busy . My kids (2.5 & 4.5 yrs) love to play with it. They can spend nearly an hour or try to finish one project at once. The size of the mosaic are about right for them to hold on and easy for them to peel off. There're a sticking hook to hang the finish project on too the wall, that's make the kids proud to show off their arts. My kids finish these in very short period that i've to order the other version for 5yrs old kids. Love it.
perfect for a plane! . My girls (4, 2 1/2) love these sticker mosaics! They needed a bit of help to get the stickers off the sheet but could spend 45 minutes to an hour working on each mosaic--perfect for on a long flight. The shapes and colors are educational and the smallish size of the stickers is a good fine-motor-skill task. But, mostly, they just love them!
Sticky Mosiacs . My 4 year old daughter enjoyed sticking the mosaics onto the pictures, and the end result was pretty nice. She was able to do it herself easily, without any assistance. She could probably have done the more challenging version for slightly older kids. But she liked it and I'd recommend it for her age group.
