Fantastic creation to improve motor skills and my kids love them! . The Orb Sticky Mosaic company has created a fantastic product that my kids absolutely love! We have bought practically every variation Orb Factory has put out. We started out buying some of the less expensive mosaics that have the primary colors and have simple designs. My kids enjoyed these but they do not compare to the Sticky Mosaics. These mosaics are bright and colorful. They have plenty of designs to choose from for boys and girls. The best part about them is they keep our children busy for an hour or more. My wife and I usually end up sticking on the mosaic tiles as well since they are kind of addictive! My daughter started doing them just before she turned 3 and had not problems placing the tiles on the board. She just needs help figuring out what number goes with which color. My five year old boy loves the dinosaur, dragon, and sports mosaics! They each hang them in their rooms as they finish each board. Highly recommend this product for 2 1/2 year old children and up.

Another Winner for Parents and Kids . These mosaic cards are both beautiful when finished and fun to make. My daughters, 10 and 6, really enjoyed making these. Unlike the larger mosaic pictures which can become a little tedious to finish, the cards are the perfect size. It really keeps my girls engaged. There are extra mosaic tiles included in case some get lost, fall off or are damaged. Unlike some other gifts the girls have received, this one is fun to do and then fun to give away. My girls really enjoy picking out which card they'll make for a friend's birthday. All the girls at my daughter's friend's birthday party were oohing and ahhing over the card. I think it's a wonderful gift for little girls that doesn't increase clutter. We received another sticky mosaic kit with the wrong picture in it and when we contacted the company they had fantastic customer service.

Pretty! . My 6 yr old gradaughter loved it and we spent time together decorating it. She was very proud of herself once it was done, but one downfall was that some jewels kept coming off, so I had to glue them. I would have glued them all if I knew they wouldn't stay on. But in spite of this, its on her dresser and she loves it!

Played all day . Gave this to my granddaughter who, with other things for Christmas, spent all day, at various moments playing with it. It was great fun.

LOVE Sticky Mosaics . My five-year old daughter adores sticky mosaics. She will spend HOURS just sitting there doing them. It's nice to find an activity that isn't messy and that can occupy her time for so long. Plus, the finished product looks great!!! She happens to have very good fine motor skills, so she's great at it. It might be frustrating for a child who isn't good with small detail (or who doesn't recognize numbers).

The Orb Factory Sticky Mosaics . Our four year old Grandaughter is all about princesses and ballerinas; this was the perfect craft for her. She loves to do crafts; this is basically like "paint by numbers" only it is mosaics which are sticky. She can spend hours of quiet time just playing with this..it's not for the younger set. The child needs to have good motor skills and know be able to read their numbers to do it, but what fun they will have! This was a new product to me..and I recommend it!

Orb Factory Sticky Mosaics: Ballerina Opinions
A Favorite . My almost 5 year old got this for Christmas. It was one of the first things she went for & she has worked on them for 3 days straight. She liked having to focus on the number/color chart to figure out where to put the mosaics. I got these for her 4 year old neices and they like them as well. I'm buying more for their birthdays in a few months. For the price, these are great toys!

Terrific for the craft-lovers and ballet lovers ages 5-8. . I have now given these to three girls ages 5-8 and got to see the level of enthusiasm, interest and absorption the kit generated personally. An 8 year old ballet-lover spent the evening after her birthday party enthusiastically working on these glittery images (among all of her presents). For my craft loving 7 year old (who isn't into ballet but likes glitter and artistic poses), this was among her favourite Christmas presents (along with her make your own pop-up-book and her my little pony set, which might help you identify the target audience). She was so proud of her mosaics she took the rare step of attaching them to the wall herself. Even my husband admired them! I also gave it to a five-year-old ballet lover, who is not typically into time consuming, attention demanding activities. She was thrilled and worked through half of the set in the few days I was there. She had no difficulty with the stickers which I thought might be fiddly for five year old fingers, and had no difficulty following the instructions. I had also been afraid it might be too boring for 5 year old sensibilities. Not at all! She was very proud of the beautiful picture emerging under her fingertips and kept showing it to us with amazement as the pictures developed.

A critic might say this is not as creative an activity as an open-ended art project, since it is mosaic by number (so in a way it is fine-motor task); however, the result is so pretty that it still appeals to the child's aesthetic sense. In my view, the only con to this product is that when the child peels off the little white squares at the back of each sticker they inevitably end up on the floor. There are a LOT of squares in each mosaic so a lot of little white bits on the floor. At least the clean-up is a quick sweep rather than scrubbing. Finally, while it is true that some squares get dropped or accidentally stuck in wrong places, there are loads of extra squares so finishing the pictures is not an issue, and I found them easy to peel off the floor when they ended up there.

Busy Work . My 5 year old niece loved this gift. It was easy to do but time consuming. She really enjoyed it.

Great for developing coordination . I bought this toy for my granddaughter who's 5 years old.
It's great to develop coordination and it's big fun.
We both enjoyed it a lot.

Mosaics that create no mess or work for mom . Any of the sticky mosaics by the Orb Factory are phenomenal. My five year old can't get enough of them, and we haven't had a friend come over to play yet who didn't enjoy them either. There is no messy glue to deal with, and all the mosaic pieces are already cut up. It is a completely "mom free" craft to let your kids do. In the meantime they are learning good number recognition and how to do their work neatly as they have to line the squares up. These mosaics keep my child's interest for hours, and the produce a surprisingly nice piece of artwork in the end.

crafty . Very fun for my five year old daughter. Teaches patience and fine motor skills. Only complaint is that some sticky pieces fall off oveer time.

Fun Fun FUN!!! . I got this for my 4 year old daughter for Christmas and she LOVED it. She did need help figuring out where to put the sticker tiles but after I showed her she and my 8 year old son had a BLAST.

Great project!! . I ordered this item along with Orb Factory Sticky Mosaics: Dinosaurs and My First Sticky Mosaics? Tea Party. My kids are 7,6, and 4 years old and they all loved these. They had friends over for a play date, and although the boys tired of it sooner than the girls, they all thought it was a fun project. The girls worked on theirs for over an hour, and my 4-year-old was completely absorbed. Great idea, good quality, lots of fun!

Really great overall . This is a perfect gift to give or keep. Fun for kids and adults. This time, it was used by my 8 year old. She loved it. She quietly played for a few hours, taking breaks in between. She was so proud of the completed work. This is a great price, educational, and looks great on the walls. I really love sticky mosaics. But Orb Factory has really artistic mosaics. This was really a great buy! Shipping and packaging was perfect!

Easy but not all that fun . My daughter enjoyed the first 15 minutes of placing the squares onto the photo. After that, it was kind of boring. I also had to help her peel the backing off several of the stickers because they were so small squares.

So while this was easy and she initially enjoyed it, this would be a better idea for several girls doing it together.
