So much fun! . My 3-year old received this for Christmas. It's a very well-made toy, and she has had so much fun playing with it. It comes with 4 small squeeze bottles of tempera paint to get you started, a small tray with 3 watercolors, and 1 paint brush. To get started, you squeeze some of the paint into the cups, put the cups into the tray and fill the green frog with water. The child uses a small well to clean the brush, and can push the red button to empty the well and refresh with clean water. That's definitely the cutest part, and my daughter loves it, even though the water dirties very quickly. Expect to refill the frog pretty frequently. I love this toy, and recommend it, but I couldn't give it a full 5 stars for the following reasons:*The handle. You need to be very careful when trying to transport it by the handle if it has water in it. It's not perfectly balanced, and it will tend to tip forward, and can spill paint-water if you're not careful.
*There was no information on replacing the watercolor paints when they're used up. Ideally, it would have come with a replacement, or at least information on purchasing more, since it's a specialized item, but I didn't see any information on refills in the included instructions.
*Made in China. I prefer to purchase art and craft supplies that are made in Europe or North America, since I'm wary after all the past Chinese lead issues. Fisher Price has already had a major lead recall (in 2007), so they clearly can't be trusted, even though they're a mainstream brand.

Fisher-Price Made by Me No Spill Paint Center Reviews
Fisher Price needs to REDESIGN this toy. . My three year old daughter received this as a gift for Christmas and I had some comments to make about it. As I didn't purchase it (I typically only review items that I purchase directly on Amazon), I choose to review it on the Fisher-Price website. I submitted my review over a week ago with only ONE star, and my review has yet to be posted - - - so right there, I no longer trust any reviews on their website. Overall, I would NOT purchase this item and I hope I have clearly explained my reasons below. As for the product, I gave it 5 stars for fun and educational value because my daughter enjoys it and I believe in letting children explore materials and create art. But my overall impression of the toy is ONE STAR. Here's why:SPILL PROOF PAINT CUPS
The toy is advertised as "spill proof" because of the design of the lids. The design of the lids really isn't that great. They are a plastic hinge (the kind that wears out over time) that don't stay open that well that can make it more difficult to get the paintbrush into the cup - essentially, the lid flops partial shut and makes it in the way. Additionally, the seal on the lids isn't that great. I wouldn't leave paint in there to sit in reach of a child. Plus, it seems likely that it would dry out on its own because the seal is so week. Ziploc containers seal better even after many trips through the dishwasher! And because of this poor seal, I wouldn't trust them to be dropped by a child and not spill. They're not going to just tip over because of how they're set into the tray - but if a child picks them up and drops them, I think you have a 50/50 shot of a big mess. On a positive note, they do have a nice round bottom inside so they are very easy to clean.PAINTBRUSH
The paintbrush is not good quality. It is too fat and the bristles are cheap - really cheap. So cheap that I don't think it's good enough for a toddler. We bought a nicer brush.FROG WATER DISPENSER
This is a very nice feature, but for young children, the button is too enticing to not use when the water only looks a little murky. "Oh, it's dirty," my three year old says after one dip with paint on her brush into the water and then she pushes the button. There are only about three button presses of water in the frog reservoir, so this goes quickly. It wouldn't bother me as much if the last button push left murky water for the child to use, but the last button push when the reservoir is empty leaves an empty container with no water for rinsing a brush. Maybe more practice or a little older child would eliminate this problem.WATERCOLORS
One side of the set are watercolors... no matter how much water we added and swirled around, these were very pale and practically useless. It would have been better if the set came with two mixing trays. And it would be even better if the mixing trays had rounded bottoms inside the mixing areas (like the paint cups) so they were easy to clean as well (not that it's hard, it just would have been better).NOT CHILD FRIENDLY PROPORTIONS
It's hard when sitting down for a child to have a piece of paper in front of them and still reach everything. The paint is more spread out than it needs to be and just wastes space. I think you'd be better off buying a plastic tablecloth, yogurt cups (one for each color), and a plate for mixing.THE HANDLE
I agree with the other reviewer that it is not for carrying with water.I hope Fisher-Price redesigns this product.
