my girls love the brush! . The paint brush is awesome - it truly works like one! We picked up a 2nd aquadoodle pad at a sale but there were no pens ... when I saw this I hoped that the brush would work well and I was not disappointed. Both the pen and brush have been working perfectly and the girls love the additional options to use for their aquadoodles. The brush has been helpful in teaching them how to fill in shapes and use a different type of tool for drawing. Highly recommended!

Spinmaster Aquadoodle Pens and Brush Set Reviews
Aquadoodle Pen & Brush Set . I bought this product because the ONE pen that came with the Aquadoodle board went missing (duh!). I could not find the pens at any of the stores, so I decided to check online. The pen that comes with the set that I purchased is better than the one that came with the Aquadoodle in that it is bigger and, therefore, holds more water. It also DOESN'T SCREW TOGETHER BACKWARDS (what's up with that?). However, the brush is kind of a pain in the butt. First of all, my 3 yr old granddaughter takes the 'brush' and just completely soaks the entire board (which then takes FOREVER to dry). Secondly, the 'brush' just stays wet all the time. I'm worried that it will eventually mold (although it hasn't yet). Why not just let it dry out, you ask? BECAUSE MY GRANDDAUGHTER JUST LOVES TO SOAK THAT AQUADOODLE BOARD, AND WATCH NANNA WAVE IT ABOUT IN THE AIR TRYING TO DRY IT! If the brush gets 'lost', she has a fit until I 'find' it. My advice - just don't give them the blasted 'brush'! They ought to just sell the pens in a two-pack. As it is, I had to buy two sets so that my 7 yr old grandson could draw, too. Well, I guess THAT'S why they don't sell the pens in a two-pack!

Great for Creative Minds . This is really a unique product for young creative minds. It keeps
the kids interested in drawing, and coloring,and is not boring.

five stars for aquadoodle . I got these to go with an aquadoodle pad I picked up on clearance because the pen was missing- I had never seen the paint brush style pen before. My kid is almost 3 and enjoys both pens- the brush is good for making roads for his cars and for making the whole aquadoodle mat turn blue.
Pen a bit fat but surprisingly not hard to hold for 20 month toddler . Pro: Holds lots of water so your kid can draw for a week+ and not require a refil.
Con: Pen is a bit fatter than the previous Aquadoodle pen we had, so my husband and I find it harder to hold. Surprisingly (or coincidentally) the fatter pen enoucraged my 20 month old to use a proper "pen grip" on it rather than just holding the pen like a drum stick.
Con: Fatter pen means the pen won't fit into the elastic pen holder in my Travel Doodle, and may get lost more easily.
Con: Comes in a two pack (pen & brush). I wish it comes with just the pen for a cheaper price, or with 2 pens (the 2nd pen will be a backup since these kind of toys are easy to lose).

aquadoodle brush and pen . My daughter lost the pen shortly after we bought the whole product, I couldn't buy a replacement at the store, so I went online. I'm happy she and a friend can share the different style pens, they both work great. No mess, and even if they fill up the resevoir themselves, it's only water if they spill a little. Wonderful products!!
nice addition to Aquadoodle . I use the Aquadoodle mat to encourage early drawing skills in toddlers with special needs. It's nice to have an additional pen for the Aquadoodle to allow sharing and/or adult modeling. The paintbrush style pen takes a little patience to get wet enough to work, but it adds a new dimension to the artwork and helps keep kids interested longer. Worth adding on to any basic Aquadoodle product.
wonderful . my son loves the pens and so do i theres no mess and they got here in a few days
Good but leaked . The kids like playing with these and the new aquadoodle, however my 7 year old left one laying on the mat overnight. It leaked and caused a stain. UGH!
