Great gift for young girl! . I purchased this for my six year old niece and sent it along with a disposable camera. She loved it. It is a fun way to start her on scrapbooking.

Perfect Gift for a Tween Girl . Tween girls are a little...dare I say it...self-involved? This isn't a bad thing, for the most part. I think that this is the age to foster self-confidence and self-image. So, when racking my brain to find an age appropriate gift for my tween cousin I came upon this idea. First of all, it allows a girl to express her creative side. In this modern day of cell phones, computers, and video games kids really do not work with their hands and create anything any longer. It's kind of sad really, but hey, what are you gonna do. Secondly, there is no Hannah Montana, Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez, Katie Perry, Ke$ha, or Nikki Minaj on anything anywhere in this kit. Which is a welcome break from the pop star overdose we seem to be experiencing in this country. Finally, This scrap book is all about them. What they like, memories they made. Which is right up the self-involved tween girl aisle. My recommendation...if your little girl (I know she thinks she's not little) likes to decorate her room and her school folders, she will love making a scrapbook all about her favorite person...herself. Please note the opinions expressed in this post are not meant to be cynical, rather comical and I apologize to any tween girl offended by my post.

daughter loved it . i got this for my daughter for christmas and she loved it. the only crappy thing on my part is that i found the exact thing on ebay brand new for half of the price that i paid here for it, but thats my fault for not looking first there. but like i said she loved it.

Lots of Chalk for litte cash . A few pieces were broken on arrival, the chalk is very delicate and breaks easily even being handled, and the blue chalk stains concrete! But it is a good deal considering it is sidewalk chalk.

Amazing Value! Endless Fun! . A nice sturdy container and 52 thick pieces of colorful chalk, all for $6! I am quite impressed by the quality and love the endless possibilities for using this toy. Sidewalk art, hopscotch, tic-tac-toe... young and old can all enjoy this great value!

Don't mess wth smaller boxes . We had been buying smaller boxes of chalk which our kids (2 and 4) would go through in a few days. This box allows them to really be creative and create elaborate drawings on the sidewalk. The kids really enjoy the chalk and if it doesn't rain, they can enjoy their artwork (or hop-scotch) for days. A must have for your toddlers and young children.

Good Old Crayola FUN!! . Who doesn't love sidewalk chalk? Crayola the master of all things color has done it again with a great crayon box style sidewalk chalk box. The colors are great and very vibrant. My daughters like to wet the ground or driveway first and the colors are even more vibrant. I love the fact that crayola includes grays, browns and blacks for even more realistic drawing fun. My children are ages 5 and 6 1/2 and have hours of fun creating on their sidewalk and driveway canvas. What's not to love.
