Love it!! . This is super convenient &fun for both of my kids (ages 2 & 5). We actually ordered the "regular" one that is the same exact model except blue, and it comes with different insert pages. You can also print literally hundreds of extra actities at [...], and we have even used our homeschool worksheets slid in for extra practice. My only complaint is that the dry erase markers are a bit difficult to get out, but once they are snapped into place they definitely stay put, which is great for travel. I also think it would have been great to have a snap type container under the board for storing extra pages, but overall I would highly recommend it for children of all ages.

Great for car trips . I found these on clearance for a great price and purchased 2. We just went on a trip, and I tossed one in the car. It was the first item that I've ever purchased for a trip (other than a portable DVD player) that entertained 3 children ages 5-10 for both the away and return trip. The green marker was dried out but the other 3 were fine. There was a bit of marker odor with the first use but after 10 minutes it had dissipated, and I never noticed it again. The papers do get mangled with use esp. in a car. I'm wondering of photocopying them on cardstock would help and I will try that. We also have several "doodle" books that I plan on taking pages out of for the kids to use with the next trip. I'm not sure that I would recommend this for the Amazon.com price of $15+, But if you can find it for less than $10 I think it would be a great investment.

Kids love it! . I bought this as a birthday present for a 5 year old and she loved it. Her mother called me a few days later and said how wonderful it was going to be in the car on vacation but that the 5 year old and her sister were fighting over it. She asked where I got it as

Not for Young Ones . My daughter received the Crayola Dry-Erase Activity Center as a birthday present and I would consider it a failure as a gift. The idea is great, but I give it a D. The Dry Erase markers are not washable and will not come out of my daughter's clothes. The 1 page of re-positionable stickers that will adhere to the clear protector cover do not stick after the initial use and just need to be thrown away after the first use, the markers dry out quickly, the erasure is hard to use and hard to get out of the holder. Overall, this might be good for older children, but not for younger kids.
Good fun/learning tool for kids. . I bought 3 of these for Christmas for my grandchildren. Initially, they weren't the most "exciting" toys they recieved, but since then, they have been used on a regualr basis. They seem to be durable. What is nice is that kids (and parents) can use their imagination in inserting a host of pictures, puzzles, etc to color or work on. You can also go to crayola.com and print many sheets to use with this. It saves paper since the clear whiteboard surface can be wiped clean. This would be a great item in helping children with rote learng too, such as their math facts or alphabet.It's colorful and a nice size so it's easy for children to carry. The pens can be replaced with any whiteboard style markers.
OK product-Kids enjoy it. . Bought this for my 4 year old daughter for Christmas. The kids love it. There isn't a place to store all of the extra activity sheets which means lost, torn or wrinkled pages. Kids' only complaint is it is hard to erase and hard for them to get the pages in and out by themselves. I suppose good for the money. For my 3 & 4 yr. old it's more of one more thing to doodle & scribble on. Maybe better for children school-aged (K & up). Not really impressed, but like I said, the girls enjoy it.
Great idea HORRIBLE product. . I bought this product despite some of the warnings after seeing a trusted homeschool blogger rave about it. I purchased two. Used one with the Crayola markers that are included and one with Expo dry erase markers that have been recommended. After ONE USE, they are both permanently marked. I have used rubbing alcohol, windex, everything imaginable to try to remove the marks to no avail. I am EXTREMELY disappointed in this product and would seriously caution anyone from purchasing it.
Will not erase!!! . This toy lasted whole 5 minutes. After first drawing, the marks could not be erased with the provided eraser. So I tried water, towel, dish-washing soap, more chemicals, nothing made it completely come off. Junk, shipped it back the very next day. Don't waste your money or time on this lemon.
Perfect for Homeschooling! . We normally put worksheets into sheet protectors but this is such a better solution. I homeschool my 3 children {ages 2-9} and they all use it for worksheets that can be reused. We all love it!
O.K . I am not as impressed with this as others. The clings only worked one time and the markers dried out after 2 uses!! I am not sure if my daughter did something to them but I am going to buy some more and give it another shot.....
