Good ol' hands-on fun! . I bought this for a 4-year-old and he was absolutely thrilled to be able to 'make' his own little vehicles (with a little help from his Dad). I was told it was a great bonding experience, and the child could let his creativity go wild decorating these plain wooden blocks.
I'm glad to have found this Made in the USA product that is non-toxic, simple, and encourages children to use their motor skills and let their creativity flow instead of being glued to the TV or some electronic device.

GREAT HANDS ON FUN . Our son wanted to put them all together at once. It's easy enough for a 5 year old to do mostly by himself, but fun for dad to help with too. Very durable once they are put together and fun to decorate with markers or paint (before you put it together).

Not So Much Fun . Not much to build... add some wheels & thats it. We were done assembling in about 10 minutes w/ all 4.
YOu could get some scrap wood & some wheels from the hobby shop & have the same thing

What a disappointment! . The set of four vehicles arrived in a 4 by 8 inch box. Nowhere in the description was it stated that they are so small. If it had been I would not have ordered the set. The only thing you had to do was use glue!!
Good for little ones . This is great for the under five kids. Its basically just putting wheels on four cars. My son was done with all four in ten minutes. Definately not challenging. Was hopeing it was more like the home depot put togethers.
