3 year old love this . My Little Girl got this as a christmas Gift and she LOVES it.. She is able to easily make the coins and the food. She has a blast playing with it. Our 9 year old also got this for a gift he really enjoys just playing with the moon dough its self and not really with the toys it came with I think he is a little to old for this however for a 3-4 year I think it would make a fun gift.. It can be a little mess with flakes from the moon dough its self but it isn't hard to clean up.
