Great color wipes off: much better than Crayola dry-erase crayons . I bought the Sargent white board crayons and the Crayola dry-erase crayons together, hoping one would work for my son's dry-erase activity books ([[ASIN:0[[ASIN:0756630282 Letters (My First Books)]]756630266 Numbers (My First Books)]]). These crayons went on smoothly with a nice, bright line and they wiped off just fine. The Crayolas, on the other hand, made very faint marks and were extremely frustrating for my child.

These DO NOT wipe off!!! . I am a teacher, so I have loads of white board experience (lest you think I just didn't know how to wipe the board properly or something), and I thought these would be great for my kids. They go on wonderfully, and look bright and colorful. BUT it took me ages to get the board clean. They wouldn't wipe off, not at all, and finally, after giving up on the dry cloth/dry paper towel method, I had to scrub and scrub with clorox wipes and a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. Complete waste, and so disappointing.

Vibrant but not easily removed. . Regular washable crayons work well (not as vibrant), and clean off easier. A DAMP cloth helps removal tremendously. Not worth the cost.

Awful product . I was lured by the idea that a child could draw with these on a dry erase board and not have to inhale the fumes that the markers emit. Okay- they have no fumes. However, they stain! We took them out of the package and set them on the ground so we could start to color on our board. Simply from sitting on the carpet they left stains. They were not pressed into the carpet, they were not dropped onto the carpet. They were set there and still left stains. Can't get them out of our lovely wool carpet. And what makes them even worse is the fact that they are difficult to erase off of the dry erase baord. A child would have a very difficult time of it. I have to switch back and forth between a dry paper towl and a wet one to make a dent on the erasing. What an awful product. So they stain and they don't erase too well. Why bother? I won't ever again. They have been thrown out.

Cons Review
Perfect alternative to dry erase markers! . These crayons are great! I was looking for an alternative to dry erase markers for my daughter's preschool class and these are great! They are durable and much healthier for little ones because there is no odor and they are non-toxic. They wipe off completely with a cloth, just use a little pressure. I am definitely going to purchase more of these and recommend them to everyone. Goodbye stinky markers!!!
Fun Time . This was a present for a 5 yr old who loves drawing on white boards at school. She was given her own white board and these colors. 20 days later and the crayons are still going strong. She likes them much better than the markers and is actually keeping these crayons in good shape! Normal crayons are usually broken, beaten and abused in a week.
