Excellent ease of use! . I got this book for my son's 5th birthday party. It was a huge hit. Multiple parents used it to paint on different kids. There were simple pictures, whale, flowers, kitty, cupcake, etc with 3-steps to paint them on the hand or cheek, it was very easy to do it. With no or little experience with paints, every one was able to paint perfect on kids little faces.

Makes you look like a pro! . Fantastic product. The paints combine easily and dry quickly. They stay on for quite a while but wash off easily. The instructions and great examples make you look like a pro with no practice and little effort. Big hit with my kids, ages 7, 3 and 3 and all their friends. I get asked to face paint almost every day! I can see that it will serve us well for future birthday parties. It will also be fun for going to games as a spectator or to paint a soccer ball on my daughter's cheek before her next soccer game. Good for boys or girls. Excellent!

Creative Fun! . My daughter received this kit for Christmas and it was instantly a hit. She painted the faces and hands of everyone in our family. The book gives a lot of ideas and several step-by-step illustrations of how to create popular designs. The paints are vivid, dry quickly, and come off easily with a baby wipe and some face wash. Face painting is great open-ended play for kids.

My Nephew was allergic . I read all the reviews and the content of the paint> I thought it was really safe to use however my nephew and this could just be him, broke out in small bumps only in places where the paint was applied. Needless to say I would no recommend this for highly sensitive skin. on a lighter note the instructions were great i would recommend maybe just getting a book with instructions.

Fun but poorly made . I bought two for my 2 1/2 year-old twins to enjoy. I leave them in their diaper bag and bring them out in church and in restaurants while waiting for our food. They love scribbling on them. However, the toys are not very durable. The clip for the magnetic pen is just a tiny piece of plastic and it broke off both of them the first day. My girls scribble on them a little roughly and the sketchers are already showing major signs of wear after only a few hours of actual use. The toys keep then well entertained though. I will have to replace them soon.

Not durable... . The screen gets puncture holes/impressions in it easily. And, the string should be a bit longer so kids can have it reach the screen more easily as they growing in dexterity. I bought it for my 1 year old. He loves it, but we've had it 2 mos and it's ready to be thrown away.

SUCKS! . Not worth the $11 (including shipping) I paid. I could have gotten this at a drugstore for $2. I don't appreciate being ripped off. The dimensions were off on the product, it was not as described. The item is poorly made.

Great small toy . When this toy came, it was much smaller than I had expected and I was disappointed. I put it in my 2y.o. daughter's stocking though and she likes it. It's actually the perfect size for her to carry around and handle on her own, and she is able to scribble with the little stylus and erase all by herself. She really enjoys it.

Super cheapy! . I knew from the reviews not to expect much in terms of size or quality, but I really can't believe I paid $11 bucks for this. It belongs in a dollar bin at Target. It seems like it will work fine, but it should have cost $3 max.Another couple things:It's a surprisingly loud writing surface. We got it to keep our toddler quiet on a plane ride, but the toy itself makes a ton of noise while coloring. Not sure if this is a problem with the Fisher Price ones.-The string for the pen is too short. It can reach the edge, but it takes some coordination, which my 18 month old does not have. It seems like they could have made the string an inch or 2 longer.

Perfect for the car out to dinner in the stroller etc. Great fine tip pen. . My son, now 22mo, has been using this for about 6 months. I picked it up at a little store in Asheville, NC to have on our car trip home. My son loves it. I almost always have it in the diaper bag to pull out when he gets bored in the car or when we're at dinner or if he's waiting for me to check-out at at store and needs something to entertain him for a few minutes in the stroller/grocery cart. The fine tip pen is great because it makes very dark, (fine) lines that don't blur together so much like on other fatter-tipped versions of this type of toy. The little handle at the top makes it easy for him to pick up and carry around and the erasing mechanism is pretty easy to slide from side to side. I highly recommend it to anyone with a child who likes to draw (and most toddlers do).

Great but... . Let me start by saying that I should have bought 3 of these. My daughter loved it and it was light enough to easily carry with us for a toy at restaurants. However, after 3 months of toddler abuse the little metal bit came out of the pen. But at this price, I kinda don't care.

Smaller than expected... . For the price, this is a good magnetic sketcher, but it's smaller than I expected. The total amount of room to sketch is only about the size of a photograph. Maybe 4 x 6 at best. It's smaller than I expected. It's not incredibly durable looking. It looks like if my son dropped it just right, it would break.
I think I'll be buying a larger magnetic sketcher to play at home, and keep this one for going out to eat, etc.

Great for trips and anytime! . Couldn't be happier with this toy!
(Almost) 2 year old granddaughter loves to draw (scribble) on it herself or to bring it to us to draw something for her. We draw pictures or write words and show them to her and she's always delighted.
Watching us, she figured out how to erase it in minutes.
5 year old boy came for a visit and we were sure he'd rip the writing stylus off... but try as he might (!) he couldn't. VERY impressed that the pen stayed attached after his abuse! Unbelieveably rugged.
Perfect size for airplane carry-on.... or for home.
Not as precise a drawing as an Etch-A-Sketch... but great for little ones.
Excellent buy..... highly recomended!

Good Play doh Fun ... for me . I love this toy. But my daughter is two and she has a hard time pushing the lever down to get the play doh out. I love it and am more then willing to play with her and help her out til shes old enough to do it on her own

The only complaint I have is that the unit doesn't have any kind of grippies on the bottom to keep it from slipping across the table. This may not be an issue for older kids, but both of mine are under 3.

Awesome! . My daughter loves the Fun Factory. She could play with it for hours if you let her. I love how it is a more traditional Play-Doh toy. It allows for more imaginative play.

Good PlayDoh toy . My 3-yr old likes playing with this PlayDoh toy. She can stuff the play-doh in the pump mechanism and can usually pump it out herself. The only problem is that the play-doh gets stuck in the cracks and it's really hard to get out. Then it gets crusty and you have to chip it out. For the price, it's a great value. The attachments offer lots of options to squeeze the PlayDoh out with. It's a fun toy overall.

It turns out the Play-Doh fun factory does actually manufacture fun . My two kidlets (ages 3 years and 19 months) both love Play-Doh and they especially fight over the "dat squish pway-dow fing." So if you have two kids who struggle with concepts like sharing, or not hitting their sibling over the head for failing to share, then buy two of these.

My daughter loves this Fun Factory . My 3 year old daughter enjoys playing with Play dough using cookie cutters and this 'Fun Factory'. We had a very long drive to grandmas for Christmas. She played with it in the car on the way to grandmas, at grandmas, and on the drive back. She really liked squishing the dough and having it come out in different shapes and making 'snakes', as well as cutting the dough into pieces. It was also a bonus when colors were mixed together. I admit the dough will dry out where the cutter slides in place, and cleaning out the squisher before storing it helps a lot to make it easier to use the next time.

PlayDoh Creative Fun Factory . I bought this as a gift and I think they will love it, they have been really into playing with PlayDoh and this is a great product for it. It was delivered in two days.

Cons Review

Fun for kids less so for adults . Fun for the kids, but kind of a pain to clean. Lots of tight places where the Play Doh gets trapped. Also, it could use some rubber feet to prevent slipping. There are holes on the bottom that seem to be where rubber feet should go, but none are present, nor are they included in the box.My daughter accidentally separated the arm from the base, but it was easy enough to reattach. However, if one of the plastic pins happens to break, it will become useless.In summation: fun, but kind of frustrating.

Luigi doll . My daughter told me that we could get major grandparent points if we found something from the "Mario"
collection for my grandson for Christmas. When he opened the bag & found that he not only had a Luigi, but a Mario & a Yoshi he was so excited. There's nothing better than a 3 yr. old laughing & bouncing around in excitement over a gift that was given.

Luigi is Great!! . This Luigi Plush is very good. It is very durable (I've had it since Christmas, and it hasn't broke at all, yet). Luigi looks a lot like the character. It is made of some material that is not the most soft, but we play with it, so it's only a minor setback. It's head is kind of bobbly. It moves a lot. So, overall, it's a great plush and I would recommend this plush.

The younger child (or adult, you know who you are) who has to put everything into his mouth would not be a good recipient of Luigi, since one could easily aspirate or ingest that fine felt mustache he sports. If you get or receive it for a younger kid, maybe put it on the question-box shelf you know you have in the kid's room. When he's old enough to knock Luigi down, then he's old enough to have him.
