My 7 year old daughter LOVES this! . My 7 year old daughter loves to "play school". She really, really wanted a white board & a chalk board. This product is perfect....she loves it!

A great tabletop easel for a great price! . My son is only 21 months old, so I wasn't sure how he would do with an art easel. I therefore didn't want to spend a lot of money on it--which makes this the perfect choice for me! I set it up for him yesterday, and he's been playing with it ever since. I prefer that he use crayons and paper at this age (rather than the messy chalk and dry erase markers), so I used a clip to attach some paper to the easel and he's been coloring away! Once he's a little bit older, I'll introduce the markers and the chalk. The easel seems durable, but I can't comment on that really, since its only been one day. Even if it doesn't last that long, it was a small price to pay for a good activity.

Roseart fun finger paints set . My daughter got this for her 3 yr b-day she loves it. She's had it for some time now and still uses it. It keeps her entertained for hours a real fun paint set.

Don't waste your time . I was looking forward to this all in one kit to try finger painting for the first time with my 4 year old son. It comes with many paints in closable cups, but its hard to paint out of them, without tainting the other colors and making mud. The paint is gloppy and never dries (its been a week, especially the yellow). The sponges are very small and don't take up the paint or make a clear stamped impression. The "finger paint" paper is some small glossy paper, about the size of a half sheet of printer paper. Bonus, comes with two popcicle sticks! Go get the crayola paints and pour small amounts into paper cups, so the whole pot doesn't become icky brown and mixed.

Does not dry! . My cousin and I decided to have a finger painting party and we used this paint. It was so goopy and not smooth. Even worse, our pictures were hanging in our garage for over 3 weeks and they did not dry!

Fun times with paints! . My daughter loves this set and as she's only 2.5 years old, anything that keeps her attention for more than 10 minutes is a big success. She'll play with this set for more than an hour straight. There are 8 colors from which to pick and they can also be mixed to create other colors.

We've used the set mostly as poster paints rather than finger paints, so we complimented it with a set of Melissa & Doug Jumbo Paint brushes (with a big handle for little hands to grip well). She loves being an artist. :)

So far, everything has washed away easily with water (but she's worn a plastic smock so we haven't had many clothing-related incidents). For $10, it's a good set that gives lots of fun to little ones.

Cons Review

Paint doesn't dry . My two-year old loves the finger paint but it does not dry after being applied. The spots where it wasn't too gloppy dried eventually (after about a week) but were still tacky. The glops never dried. I had to throw away every piece of art my son made. Also, my set was missing the sponges. The colors are very pretty but as another reviewer said, the colors easily get mixed up and become unusable. I intend to throw these away and try Crayola.

MegaBrands Sand Art Activity Kit . I gave it to my nieces for Christmas. They shared it with my boys. It seemed pretty cool and was over pretty quick with a big mess. Don't get it for children under 8 years old. Don't let them do it without adult supervision(I told them not to open it without their parents, but they didn't listen :<)The only down was that we couldn't get one of the stoppers to stay in the bottle and ended up with a bottle full of colored sand all over the back seat of our vehicle which is vacuum-able but a pain.

Good for about 15 minutes . This art project is cute and I love that I have my children's art to display, but the novelty of it lasted about 15 minutes. They filled the plastic jars, which are pretty small and said, "OK, done" and that was it. They were done and gave me their finished project and we went on to more long lasting, attention grabbing toys.

MARKERS FOR KIDS . I bought these markers for my 3 year old granddaughter. She plays with them better as markers. She can read the letters on the outside but there is no coordination for how to stamp the letters. First of all you have to figure out which way to hold the letter then hold the stamp perfectly vertical to make the letter. A little difficult for me let alone a 3 yr. old.

Using as a marker is great though. She likes them very much. There is no odor.
