Fun and Creative new art form . I have been wanting these markers for myself for a while. Finally, I found them onsale...and it was Easter time. So my son got them from the Easter Bunny! They are so much fun! I love how easily they draw on the windows. My son was quiet persistant that the white didn't work, but it does. It probably works better on tinted windows(for those who would dare bring them in the car for kids to draw on), but we had success with them and a night background outside. My son loves to practice his words and spelling, and can easily erase with a damp rag.
We use them on our patio doors, so I can go outside and write his letters, and he traces them from the inside. If you are really picky about crystal clear windows, then you might want to wash the windows after each adventure. But I'm used to smudges and handprints, so a little cloudy-ness from the markers doesn't bother me. I only get the cloudy-ness when my son cleans his work. When I do it with a damp rag, it's fine. So we just need to refine his technique!
When coloring, it definately doesn't come out at all like the pictures on the box. It's like working with dry erase markers. When you color over stuff, it wipes off. All in all- I highly reccomend these markers for all budding artists! They are fun, creative, and easy for kids to clean up themselves!

Fun for rainy indoor days . We just got these markers and they definitely provide some entertainment for my two year old on a rainy day indoors. Crayola Washable Window Fx Markers Opinions
Not good for decorating car windows . I bought these to decorate my car for a sporting event. They are great for doing fine detail work but you can't see it unless you are sitting on top of it. I had to break down and go get a different brand to finish so you could actually see it on my car when I was driving. It is the same consistency of water colors so there is just too much transparency to the color.
