Great Value ! . This is a great product. Have no idea why some cannot get this to run. I installed it and am running it on Windows XP.
I also bought the extra discs for Barbie and Dora and Diego.
It has tons of stuff for the kids to color and dot-to-dot ad they can draw and paint and stamp and it has alot of stuff built in like backgrounds, stampers , etc.
It also will connect to your printer and the kids print our their project.
This was a great buy for the money at our house !

Cheaper at Walmart . I found this very same product at Walmart with 2 bonus'......... Barbie Fairytopia, and Dinosaurs. I paid $25 for it! It, and several others just like it, were on clearance. I was so happy to find it at that price. Walmart's regular price is $44. Still cheaper than Amazon. I hope everyone finds this helpful. Oh, we LOVE this toy! It does all kinds of neat things from connect the dots, to crafts. My favorite is that your child can make everything the way he/she wants it to be :)

My daughter is 2 and loves this toy! . My daughter received this for Christmas and loves playing with it. She uses it while I do computer work in my home office. She has a great time and thinks it's pretty great that she is doing what Mommy is doing.

Once you figure it out... . My daughters received this for Christmas in 2007. I'll admit it took my husband and I (both fairly good with computers) a little bit to figure out how to get it started.
It's been a while so I don't recall what finally worked. We haven't had any problems with it since - other than the girls arguing whose turn it is to use it.
They have a great time coloring, drawing, making crafts, etc... I think this is worth the money if you can figure out how to get it going. They will probably get one of the extra software cds for it this Christmas.

Cannot get product to work . This could possibly be a good toy that is if I could get it to work. My daughter got this for Christmas, it is now February and it is still not up and running. Keeps saying I do not have enough video memory and that is not the case at all!!
Major Disappointment . My sister gave Digital Arts Studio to my daughter for Xmas 07. I have been unable to get this product to work on either a Visa Home Premium PC or on a Windows XP Home PC. With the device plugged into the PC and the software installed there is no shortcut to start the program. Then if I boot the pc and it sees the studio them the software executes. But it locks up the PC and the mouse and keyboard do not work. I have to turn the PC off, unplug the DAS and restart the PC. I called Fisher-Price tech support and of coarse they never heard to the problem and were of no help. My daughter is upset and I am stuck with something that does not work! Fisher-Price should be ashamed of selling such an awful product!
Cons Review
It never worked! . This past December, 2007, I bought the digital arts & crafts studio through amazon and my daugthers were very excited. However, we were then all very disappointed since it never worked. I even invested in a new and better video device for my computer, following the instructions in the screen that said that my computer needed it, and after spending money and time in buying this and also bringing someone to my home to try to make the digital arts & crafts studio work, I decided to quit on my attempt. In the meantime, I called the Fisher Price offices in the US (a long distance call) and a guy named Andrew told me he couldn't help me because it was purchased for use outside the US. Then I called their offices in Costa Rica, which were supposed to give support to all the Latin American region, and after taking to a lady named Verónica, she assured me she would call me back with an answer the next day. I'm still waiting. I hope that Fisher Price don't do this to other customers because it is a shame.
Gift . This was a gift for my grand daughter and she loves the toy. She is very much into arts and crafts and this has been a joy to her.
