Great Product and goes a long long way. . I've been using Snazaroo face paints for well over ten years. It's a great product and goes a very long way.

Face Painting made easy . I had never done face painting when i purchased this for our company BBQ. The kids loved the face painting, and it was so easy to work with. Definitely will use it again. It stayed on for mostof the day through volleyball, water balloon fights, races and kids just plain horsing around. I loved it.

Great for Party! . I purchased this several weeks before my sons third birthday. I was doing a spiderman themed party and wanted to have face painting as one of the activities. It arrived a little later than I had hoped but thankfully I had ordered it well in advance. When I recieved it I had never painted anything on anyones face before and watched a youtube video on how to do a spiderman style face painting. After I watched the video I practiced on my kids faces before the party! Face painting is pretty simple if you are sure about what your painting. I did spiderwebs on everyones cheeks at the party and they all loved it and thought it was a great activity. I like the paint and it worked fine... you can strech it a little further if you add a couple drops of water! I ended up using makeup sponges because the ones provided didnt hold up well and getting some small fine paint brushes worked much better than using the ones it came with. Overall I was very pleased and cant beat the price!

Snazaroo Face Paints . My nephew and I had a great time with these face paints. My only complaint is that the paints arrived with no black or white in the color pallet. Most of the sample faces included in the brochure used black and white and I was disappointed these basic colors were not included. The paints washed off easily.

worked great in the upper 90 degree weather . These paints are smooth and worked out great in 90 plus weather. They became softer and were still easy to use and remained on the faces of the little ones running around in the sun. Tray made it so easy to use and a little does go a long long way.

Great for first time face painter . I bought this kit so that I could use it at my twin's 3rd birthday party. It was SO easy to use. It says it comes with enough to paint 50 full faces, but I was skeptical when I saw the tiny quarter size paint cakes. But I'm sure it's true! I did about 10 basic designs before the party to get a handle on it. You can't even tell that I have used them.
Pros: neat and clean
washes off very easily
glides onto face with ease and full coverage
doesn't run or smear
dries in about 30 seconds
price is very reasonable
Cons: You will probably need a black and a white to do a lot of projects
I had paint brushes of different shapes and sizes - you may need more than the one it comes with

Awesome . My 6 year old daughter kept seeing tv commericals for Snazaroo, and, after having had her face painted in Disney World, she begged me to try the paints. I had never done face painting and knew nothing about different brands or techniques. For kicks I ordered the 8 color sparkle kit along with some white and black. I have to say the paint is everything we wanted and more. It blends easily, dries fast, and stays on. The day we got the kit I ended up painting my daughter and 2 of her neighborhood friends. The paint is just so easy to use, even for a novice. It covered better than any halloween make up we've ever tried, and looked fantastic, even hours later. And it was NO trouble getting off - I didn't even have to use soap. My daughter wanted to be a white dog with black spots, and even the black came off right away without staining the skin. I am amazed at how affordable it is considering the quality of the product. I am looking forward to trying the stencils and stamps next. Finally, a kid friendly product that is exactly what it advertises itself to be. I would most definitely recommend this product to anyone of any age, and everyone on my block is now Snazaroo crazy!

Colors missing . This 8 color pallet only came with 6. It was missing black and blue. Still plan on using, but will have to buy another brand to get the colors I need. Would not recommend purchasing this item.

Lots of fun! . My 4 year old daughter was really excited about this present. We have a lot of fun using these paints. I like the instruction book with it, however you really have to have a bit of practice to achieve great results. For a bit of home fun, it is good enough. Oh, I would have liked to have black colour with it too.

Great product! . This brand of face paint is great and easy to use. Non irritating to the kids face. Professional quality. Don't make the mistake of getting cheap brands or using craft paint. This is the way to go! It doesn't seem like a lot of paint (quantity) but paints a lot of faces.

Duh... . From the picture it kind looks like black and white are included. But they are not! I should have read the description better. Now I have to buy more. It is kind of pearly, some colors seem more pearlized or they just show up better than others.

Excellent and inexpensive face paint brushes! . I purchased these brushes a few months ago for a spare set and because a few of my 5-year old Snazaroo brushes were wearing. Only the smaller/thinner brushes seem to do it and I need their precision, so it wasn't a big deal to replace them. I paint my childcare kids' faces about once a week, so they get a lot of use. The price is reasonable and their quality is nothing less than the best, something I expect from Snazaroo. When starting out, instead of buying 10 different brushes like I did, you could purchase this inexpensive set and have everything you need (except paints and sponges). I hope this helps!

2 out of 3 is bad!! . I got these brushes (finally) and one was a Snazaroo brush similar to advertised (different color but who cares)...that brush was the flat one. The second was a round Princeton Art & Brush Co. brush, similar to the larger round brush advertised, not what I expected but fine. I have used their brushes for canvas painting before and like them. The problem is the third one. It was like one of those free small plastic brushes that you might find in one of those paint books that you buy for your pre-schooler. It is a raggedy, cheap, plastic brush that is really useless for face painting. I don't know if they ran out of the smaller round brush and thought they would substitute it with a 5 cent plastic toy brush without me noticing,...but I noticed. Disappointed. They get one star for each usable brush they sent me and for very lame customer service because they did not contact me to let me know they didn't have what I originally ordered.

Face Painting . I have had a lot of fun with this face painting kit. Grandkids and neighbor kids are thrilled to get their face painted at neighborhood carnivals, birthday parties and just for the fun of it.

Cons Review

Works well for face painting . I was surprised when I received the brushes, to find that they are really small. I did use them and they worked well, but I don't think you have to spend the money for brushes specifically designed for face painting. Just go buy some decent brushes at your local wal mart or target.

Excellent sponge set...will last for years! . Up until I purchased these sponges a few months ago, I had been using the Snazaroo round sponges. However, these are exactly what I needed to get in the areas around the eyes and everywhere else...all in just ONE sponge. Of course, since they are Snazaroo sponges, my old ones are still in great condition, even after 5 years of weekly use with my childcare. I've tried makeup sponges for face painting, but those seem to use more paint and don't go on as flawlessly as the Snazaroo ones. The reasonable price is well worth it for such high-quality sponges!

Paint gets gloppy. . This paint sponges on the face well however when using a brush I find it gets gloppy and does not go on smooth. I found Kustom Body Art (not sure of spelling) was much better for actual painting with a brush.
I am new to face painting and volunteer at community events. I purchased several different brands of paints basically because I didn't know what I was doing. I doubt I would purchase this brand of paint again.

Snazaroo 18 color face paint wheel . Great selection of colors. Would be a bit easier if shaped more like a paint palette - where you could hold in your hand, hole for the thumb. Otherwise works well. Paint goes on easily and looks great on. My kids just love face painting, and now the whole neighborhood comes over on the weekends! (1st used it at the school carnival - lots of fun!)

Cons Review

Disappointing . These gems are not worth the price they are dude to the face more often than not - even following the directions on removing the gems from the sheet - there is wasted gems. And since the sticky backing also rips off the silver foil - they no longer sparkle so its even more waste. Who wants to put non-sparkling gems on a kid? They'll get pissed, the parents will get pissed and you're not satisfied.Save yourself the drama. The convenience of these gems is not worth it. You're better off doing one of two things: A) buying loose acrylic gems and attaching with eyelash glue or spirit gum. B) Buying large quantities of those pre-sticky scrap-booking gems, cutting them up into nice patterns before your next event/gig and going nutso with them and some eyelash glue too.The latter method was taught to me by Marcela Murad at a class about a year ago. Best class ever.

It's okay . I would give 5 stars but some of the gems sticky on the bottom would stick to the wrap so I couldn't use them.

small is good . I bought this video cam for my husband and his Mt bike. It was perfect. Small durable and attaches to handlebars. Good video and transfers easily to computer. Would recommend it to a friend.

Not anough paint . My pallet of face paint did not come with any pink and purples. Very disappointing with a girly, girl wanting to be my model. The amount was also very disappointing, each color was the size of a quarter. Not going to last long!

Picture is Deceiving . We were disappointed that the paint shown in the picture was not the paint we received. The colors we received were white, black, grey, navy, lt. blue, lt. periwinkle, dk. periwinkle, lt. green, dk. green, dk. brown, lt. brown, red, orange, and yellow. There were no purple, pink, or sparkly colors. It is still great paint, we just had to go buy more to fulfill our needs.

Birthday Party Success . I volunteered to face paint at a birthday party. Turning 6 is a milestone. A colleague recommended I pick up Snazaroo face paint since its kid friendly, and super fun to use. I found it to be a great product, with illustration and photos as a creative guide. The party was a success, as was the face painting.

Low supply weak paint poor quality product . I purchased this kit for a Halloween costume. I was dressing as the Mad Hatter from Alice in Wonderland and needed this kit to recreate his make-up. There wasn't nearly enough white to paint a base on to my face, the paints were too light and my natural skin color kept seeping through, and the paint would smudge and run at the lightest touch. Very poor quality product, I strongly recommend against purchasing it.

Better than I thought! . This kit was smaller than I was imagining when it arrived. I had purchased it for a PTA event and I knew there would be many faces to paint. I was surprised at how well it held up. Two of us painted faces for over two hours and we barely made a dent in the paints. They go on so nice and smooth too. These are by far the best face paints around.

Excellent paints! . I really love these paints. I have used them at my daughter's birthday party for the past 2 years. The paints are smooth and look great, especially when compared with the paints the came with my facepainting kit.

Would have been great if TCP Global Corp actually sold the set of 16! . I have used Snazaroo paints for a while now. I started off using the 2 mL paints sold in the clamshell packs bought at a local craft store (the same size as is sold in this set). I paint for fun, at birthday parties and some neighborhood parties, and those seemingly small 2 mL paints lasted me for 2 years. They go on and wash off easily, don't flake, haven't caused any allergic reactions, and give pretty good coverage. If you have trouble with smudging, just paint starting with the lighter colors first, overlay with the dark colors once the base is dried. Experiment a bit with the amount of water to add to each color - I use a round mixing palette tray to control the water-to-paint ratio. Paint that dries on the palette can then be rehydrated with a little more water and used no problem. Buy multiple brushes so you don't have to keep rinsing the same brush for different colors. A few No. 4 rounds, a few liner brushes, and a few wider brushes and you are set. Floppy brushes, like what is sold in watercolor sets, are no good. Choose some with a bit of stiffness to them.

UNFORTUNATELY I am convinced this seller doesn't actually have the set of 16 listed on the website. I have tried to order from them twice (perhaps it was dumb of me to give them a second chance) and even after sending them a note reminding them to double-check the item before shipping they still sent me the WRONG ITEM - the set of 14. Key difference between the set of 14 and set of 16: The set of 14 has no purples. 4 types of blue, in addition to the other colors, but no purples. The set of 16 has two purples. This color is important if you ever face paint girls. Have sent a note to Amazon, hopefully this seller will fix the listing or remove this offering. If I had received the right item I would rate this item with straight 5's no problem.

Face Painting fun . This was my first time face painting for my Daughters 2nd birthday. It was not only fun but this product made it all worth while. Great product. Went on easy & washed off extremely wonderful! I am a parent with kids who have sensitive skin & it didn't bother their skin at all! =)

Well worth it . Easy to use, great coverage, and stays on all day without smearing or bleeding. A huge step up from the cheapo face paints available at toy stores. Make sure you use appropriate tools -- sponges and brushes -- for the best possible application.

Excellent Product - I will order again! . I ordered this product not sure what to expect (and did not set my expectations very high) I was impressed by the ease of use as well as the quality of the product. I painted faces for a sunday school kick off, it lasted all day and I had plenty left to use again. I will reorder this product for sure!

Great paint . Really a good product and great price for a large selection. Most products are liquid. I prefer having a cake so that I can determine how fluid I want the paint to be.

Safe face painting . The paints are fantastic. I used them on several occasions, like birthday parties, sleepovers, ...
They paint so easily on the skin and still come off easily. These paints are not the greasy type like the typical clown or Halloween paints. Once the paint is dry it can get in contact with clothes.
I am very happy with the paint. But the paint wheel doesn't contain brown, which I need quiet often, so I have to mix it. I don't like the consistency of the white paint, it is a bit chunky.

Great face paints! . This pallet has such a great color selection. I do a lot of face painting, and I enjoy not having to mix colors to make a color. With this pallet I can work so much faster. The paint is nice to work with because I can paint with adding water to brush or quickly smear on color to the face with water and a sponge for a great effect. The paint is very easy to work with and isn't too dry or too wet and slick.
