Great birthday gift . My daughter recently received this as a present, and was so excited! She loves fairies and these ones are beautiful little sturdy paper dolls. She loved decorating them with the glittery stickers. Then she lined them all up in her room on her windowsill. She will often take them down and play with them -- she really enjoys them!

Quick craft for boys . My son loved putting the stickers on the monsters. He tried initially to copy the box, but he loved choosing each item and placing it where he wanted. Also we liked that it had the monster on both sides, so you could make 2 on each one. It would be even better if the stickers were reusable, like Colorforms type stickers, as once it's made, the fun ends. But overall, for a craft loving, sticker loving kid, it's terrific!

10 minutes of fun.... . Both the 2 year old and the 5 year old liked making a couple monsters. They thought they were silly and fun. In the end though it's about 10 minutes of silly and fun, followed by the occasional 5 minutes of playing with them, such as they are. OK stocking stuffer, but in the end just some additional unused junk to clutter up the house for a very short bit of entertainment...

Yummy vanilla scent . My students love the Peaceable Kingdom Press scratch and sniff stickers - they make for great incentives! Overall, each of the scents is very pleasant and long lasting. The size is about the dimension of a penny.

You can't go wrong with these vanilla cupcake stickers. They smell pretty accurate, actually. So if the recipients like the scent of vanilla, this is a great product for them.

These were wildly popular with my small group.

Kids love them . I feel these stickers are overpriced. You will receive 44 low grade quality stickers packaged with 2 plastic inserts (22 in each insert). I had a difficult time removing these stickers from their backing. The kids love the scent, but it's a one time purchase for me. Great novelty factor, and will have the kids smelling their sticker on their hands for at least a half an hour. More stickers, and stickers of higher quality would have made these stickers a great product.

More like colorforms than stickers . Bought the Funny Faces Reusable Sticker Tote primarily for my 4 yr old and 2 yr old daughters to play with while waiting at doctor's offices, in restaurants, fitting rooms, etc. They're ok; not what I expected but my kids enjoy them. They're not really traditional stickers but more like the colorforms I played with as a kid: thin vinyl-like shapes that do not have sticky backs but adhere to laminated cards. Inside the cardboard tote packaging you'll find about 6 sheets of different "stickers" and four sturdy laminated face cards. The tote broke upon opening so now I store these in a ziploc. I like this collection because it's gender neutral, reusable, and very portable (great for a diaper bag). They're a bit tricky for a younger child to remove so I'd recommend for about 3 1/2 or 4 years old and up, younger if they have well-honed fine motor skills. Remains to be seen how long these continue to adhere, but so far so good.

Cute but messy . I bought these for my 2yr old and 5 yr old on a road trip. Kids had fun with them but the pieces just get balled up and lost. The box isn't sturdy enough for storage and the pieces are just lose in the box - I guess I could of put them in a zip lock but didn't have one at the time. Cute game - but I imagine in 2-3 months all the pieces will be lost.

Enchanted Fun! . I've played with several of the sticker kits from Peaceable Kingdom and this one is by far one of my favorites. It was so much fun decorating the castle with my friend's daughter. The stickers, while they are not removable, could be repositioned now and again. If the little one didn't want the unicorn at the side of the castle anymore, we were able to move it to the inside of the castle (where I was told unicorns belong - obviously!). There were PLENTY of stickers to decorate with - we were left with extras. For a $5 cost, this is exactly what I was expecting...well, actually, it was more than what I was expecting! Thanks Peaceable Kingdom for making a fun quick activity!

Beware this is a tiny Castle . There are no size dimention for this cardboard castle on Amazon. I bought this as a baby shower center piece. I thought it would be much bigger. I wasn't expecting much but the size does disappoint me! The dimensions on back of the box in small print are the Finished Castle size is 5.5"x5.5"x6.5". This cardboard would last about 30 seconds as a child's toy! Much too small for real play. A child might have fun putting the stickers on but after that it's junk! Don't waste your money on $.50 worth of pink cardboard. This is a dollar store item as far as I'm concerned.

Great Toy for Car or Plane . I bought this set of stickers for my daughter who is three years old. We were going on a long flight and she tends to get restless after an hour or two. This was a life saver. I gave it to her as a trip surprise. We took our time removing the stickers from the paper and we found a couple that were not punched thru completely. We saved those and I cut them with scissors later. They are adorable and durable. They stick well and are easy to remove from the scene page. They don't cling to well when you have one on top of the other so be careful not to lose them.
A couple of them were not sticking and we just washed them and they were good to go again. The carry case is cute but made of cardboard so the handles can be damaged easily. All in all, this is a great sticker set, enjoyable to play with and durable.
One word of advice, if your child is young and eager like mine, help her/him detach the stickers from the paper or they can get stretched.

About an hour's worth of entertainment for your child . I purchased this sticker kit for my child as a post-tonsillectomy toy. I knew my 5 year old boy would have low energy after his surgery, so I wanted something easy, but not necessarily boring. I also wanted something he could put together himself, so I wouldn't be doing all the work as he watched (as is the case with many build-your-own-pirate-ship type toys). This toy provided about one hour of entertainment. He was able to put the ship together and decorate it with stickers. However, after the ship was adorned, there was little else to do with it (there are little stand inserts for the pirates, but they fall over since the stands don't work well). The stickers are all pretty typical - pirates, explosions, rope, skull and bones flags, parrots and treasure chests. I wish the stickers were removable I wish there were more parts independent of the pirate ship (maybe a plank or small boats) so there could be more imaginative play options. A good toy if you need to keep your child occupied for an hour or two.

Cons Review

Not worth the price. . This purchase was a complete disappointment. My son has two (Sandylion) sticker books that are like the ones I had growing up. A colorful cover and approx. 10 blank pages that you can collect your stickers in- with pretty sturdy pages that allow for you to remove the stickers as many times as you want. Unfortunately, they are very hard to find. I found on (used) on Ebay ($3)and then found one at our local bookstore ($4). While waiting for the bookstore to order more, I thought I'd try to find one online. This was the only one I could find and it is absolute junk. Does it hold stickers? Yes. Is it worth the $8 I paid for it? Absolutely not. It's something I would expect to find in the dollar store. The pages aren't much thicker than wax paper- I could have made this myself. It's very flimsy- not to mention tiny. It's approx. 7" tall and only 3.5" across and it only has 6 pages. I should have waited for the bookstore to get more of the Sandylion sticker books in stock and saved myself money I feel I have completely wasted buying this sticker book. I did find a sticker book on Amazon that costs $18 and it is much more durable and has a lot of big pages for sticker collecting. Had I known how cheaply made this one I bought was, I would have just paid the extra $10 for the $18 one (http://www.amazon.com/Original-Sticker-Collecting-Trading-Stickers/dp/B0051XHYWS/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1326205511&sr=8-1). The description of this product is very misleading- it says 12 pages- it's actually 6 pages that you can use both sides of. It should mention that it's basically wax paper pages (not much thicker than wax paper)- if you hold it up to the light you can see through the pages. It's definitely not worth the money- and as I said, dollar store quality. :(

like the white pages don't like flimsy . great concept! i had a sticker book with i was a kid, and wanted one for my son as well. I didn't want pages with themes and this was the only one I could find with white pages. It is rather flimsy, but does the job. Overall, I'm glad I bought it, but if I ever find another with thicker pages, I'd probably want to replace it

Fun toy to take on trips . I took a few different ones of these sticker kits on our vacation for my 5 year old. There are 3 race cars to a pack and he was able to share them with another kid on the plane. Great toy to take with you - the kids build their own race cars by putting together some simple parts and then they decorate them with the stickers. Then they "race" with them in their imagination. Of course, they are made of paper, so be prepared for the race cars to fall apart at the end of the day. Great toy. Highly recommended.
