Another Piece of Cake Please. . The Japanese are not renowned for their baking talent. But they sure make a beautiful eraser desert tray. The donuts are exact. The cake slices tempting. Each eraser is about an inch across in diameter. Durable. So beautiful you would not dare to actually use it as an eraser.

A wonderful addition to any girls afternoon tea party.

Erasers that dont erase . Well, they're Japanese erasers. My ten year old son says all the kids at school are collecting them and he just had to have some. Each eraser breaks up into little sub-pieces(this is not a defect but on purpose.) Unfortunately, they don't really erase very well. Cool to have currently, but when the fad ends, you'll be left with some expensive, useless rubber.

These novelty erasers by Iwako are simply delicious to look at and play with! . I've been collecting novelty erasers since I was a child, and have now passed on my passion for collecting to my kindergartner. We are fortunate to live near a Japanese grocery store that carries many of the Iwako eraser sets. My daughter loves the food-themed Iwako erasers the best since she uses them for her creative play - fairies' tea party/picnic, dollhouse play, etc. They look like real-life miniature desserts and are simply a joy to play with and behold. I try to get two sets of each - one for playing with, and one for collecting:)

I Bought These for MYSELF! ;) . My kids and I are collecting these erasers, which is a lot of fun for us. I bought this set for myself- I love desserts, but can't eat them- these are so cute!

Super-Cute Erasers; Great For Party Favors Too! . I'm totally in love with the little duck erasers in this set. They're every bit as cute and detailed as they appear to be in the picture. The frogs are... well, a great deal cuter than most erasers out there, but aren't quite the level of adorable the ducks are. Both, however, accurately match the photo.

Like all Iwako erasers, these seperate into three or four different pieces; this is seemingly more a practical detail of manufacturing the multiple colors, than anything else. My kids have a few of the other erasers, and just love them for the cute characters. My three year old was appalled by the idea of using them as erasers when I told her that's what they were.

We bought this particular set as favors for our girls' upcoming party, and I think they'll be a fantastic and unique little addition to the gift bags. Very cool little item, never a disappointment. I love that they are made in Japan, rather than China. I can definitely see acquiring more of these down the road!

cute . Though a little pricey I did enjoy this as a pinata filler for my two year old's birthday party. Instead of loading the pinata candy these were one of the things we had for the kids. They are very cute!

the lousiana swamp erasers . These are the best erasers yet! I wish the whole world could have these.... Well I think these will be very helpful. Instead of buying $5.00 pink erasers buy these for only a Dollar! No they do not sell these at dollar tree. But if you want to go eraser picking then here are some places: Kid snips,Hallmark,dupage county fair. And if you go to walgreens then they sell crazerasers. But crazerasers are illigal fakes!

Freakin' Adorable . When I was a young, elementary-school aged child I would have positively flipped for these little erasers. So, I purchased them for my three year old daughter who has a similar fascination and love of miniature animals and figures, and they were - of course - a huge hit!

They do come apart into smaller pieces. Their heads are removable - oddly enough - and on ones like the bear with the red bow, his bow can be removed - so that he can either wear it or not.

My daughter, who will likely never use them as erasers (she was appalled when I told her she could, and said "No! They're animals, not erasers!), does carry them about and use them in pretend play scenarios or just as part of the collection of small things to collect in her pockets and purses.

I like that they are made in Japan. And quite well made, and detailed, at that. I will definitely be buying more of these erasers from Iwako. They'll be very fun items to collect. Highly recommended!

Making Mistakes Can Be Fun! . These little erasers are a wonderful value, even if shipping is steep.

They're a great value if you're looking for Japanese erasers which are miniature works of art. These don't come apart or are as detailed as some of the Iwako erasers, but topped on a delicious Smencil pencil, they made fantastic and inexpensive stocking stuffers or gift toppers. Big impact for a small gift.

The one consideration is that shipping actually cost more than the erasers themselves. And, they're individually packaged in groups of three. Had I known that (and if shipping didn't increase with larger orders), I probably would've ordered a package per child instead of splitting them up. They're really cute in their packaging and they're grouped by like items. Strawberries in one package and so on.

good gift . I bought these cap erasers as a goody bag gift for my daughter's birthday to her classmates.
She and her classmates love these!

Fun to play with. . This is a great birthday present. And these are authentic erasers. Can I tell you a secret? Can you keep it? Good! To tell if erasers are authentic. that means for these are made in japan. You have to see if it is all eraser. but it is hard to do that these days. Because some erasers from them have plastic now. And if it says on the wraper if it is Iwako. It looks like it is. So as I was saying. I think your child will love these. And if you went to some Hallmarks you would see these. But not all hallmarks have this product. Mostly cards. But I do not blame them. Cards are there main thing not erasers.

cute but misleading . these erasers were adorable, they are incredibly detailed and authentic, made in japan, the colours are wonderful :D and i would of given them 5 stars except for one HUGE issue. when i was looking at the pictures of the featured erasers (as seen above) I saw that one was a parody of famous drink calpis or camepis XD i really looked forward to getting this one specific eraser because i love the drink and a mock eraser just looked adorable, however after the speedy delivery :D that one eraser was the only one I didnt get :'( it came with another one not shown above, i really had my heart set on getting it so it was very dissapointing, but that is just my individual problem. if it hadnt been for that this products is a 5
