Not for 7 Year Olds . My 7 yr old daughter asked for this for Christmas. She loves crafts, and is very patient, but she did not have the upper body strength to do this craft. You need to have strong hands to cut through the fabric. My husband has had to do it with her, it's been an hour and he is still sitting with her helping her. She is enjoying the time with dad, BUT, it's a big time commitment for the parent. I would recommend this for older children.
